At Amanos Tourism, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide seamless travel experiences. Our return and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.

1. Tour Packages & Services

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • More than 48 hours before the tour date: Full refund or rescheduling option available.
    • Within 24–48 hours of the tour date: 50% refund or rescheduling option (subject to availability).
    • Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Amanos Tourism:
    • In the rare event that a tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

2. Visa Services

  • Visa application fees are non-refundable once the process has started or documents have been submitted, regardless of approval or rejection by the immigration authorities.

3. Hotel Bookings, Flights & Transfers

  • Refunds for third-party bookings such as hotels, flights, or transport are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
  • Any administrative or service charges already incurred by Amanos Tourism will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Transaction or service fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Date changes or modifications are allowed based on availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

6. No Refund for Unused Services

  • No refunds will be given for partially used or unused services after the commencement of the tour.
